Flexible ducts generally attach air outlets to rigid ductworks. The round ducts are composed of ISOVER glass wool sandwiched between layers of robust plastic or aluminium, with coil wires for rigidity. They are primarily used for attaching supply air outlets (diffusers and grids) to the rigid ductwork.
